Netscroll listed 1,000 products on four new marketplaces like it was nothing

They were doing fine on one marketplace. Expanding to the others had been "next quarter" for over a year, until relisting 1,000 products stopped being a project.

The short version: one catalog of ~1,000 products, selling on a single marketplace, bulk-published to four more across Germany, the Netherlands and Romania in two days, then kept in sync automatically. An expansion postponed for over a year, done in a single sitting.

The expansion map: where 1,000 products went

Netscroll started on Allegro. The same catalog went out to four new marketplaces at once, each with its own category tree, attributes and language.

One stock change updates all five. Sell a unit on Amazon DE and the count drops on Kaufland too, so you never oversell across the five.

pushed to four marketplaces in one operation, not keyed in one at a time.

Each tile = a slice of the catalog. All of them shipped together.

What each product got, automatically
  • Correct category mapping
Each SKU placed in the right node of every marketplace's category tree.
  • Reformatted titles & attributes
Titles rewritten to each platform's rules; required attributes filled per channel.
  • Localized descriptions
Descriptions translated for German, Dutch and Romanian buyers.
  • Live inventory & price sync
One change propagates to all five marketplaces, no manual reconciliation.
The challenge

One marketplace, and no realistic way to add more

Netscroll had roughly 1,000 products selling steadily on a single marketplace. The demand on other channels was clearly there, but they never moved on it. Every new marketplace meant redoing the entire catalog.

Adding a channel wasn't a setting you flipped. It meant remapping 1,000 products to a different category tree, reformatting titles and attributes to each platform's rules, and re-translating descriptions into another market's language. They scoped it once: a thousand listings by hand across four marketplaces was weeks of work nobody wanted to own.

So it kept getting pushed to "next quarter," for over a year. Meanwhile competitors were already live on Kaufland and eMAG, capturing demand Netscroll could see but couldn't reach.

The shift

The 1,000-product part stopped being the hard part

One channel, postponed >1 year

  • Selling on a single marketplace; expansion stuck on the backlog
  • Each new channel = remapping 1,000 products to a new category tree by hand
  • Titles, attributes and descriptions redone per platform, per language
  • Scoped at weeks of manual work per marketplace, so it never started
  • Watching competitors capture Kaufland and eMAG demand from the sidelines
What changed

Five channels, live in 2 days

  • Live on five marketplaces: Allegro plus four added at once
  • All ~1,000 products bulk-published across four new channels together
  • AI handled category mapping, reformatting and localization per platform
  • Weeks-per-channel of dreaded work collapsed into a 2-day sitting
  • Inventory and prices sync automatically, near-zero ongoing load
2-day rollout

The whole expansion, day by day

Day 1
Imported the catalog

Connected the store and pulled in all ~1,000 products with images, variants and pricing.

Day 1
AI built the listings

Generated category-mapped, localized listings for Kaufland, eMAG, Amazon DE and Bol.com across the whole catalog.

Day 2
Reviewed & bulk-published

Spot-checked a sample, fixed a handful of edge cases, then published all 1,000 products across four marketplaces.

Week 2
Orders from new channels

Sales started landing on marketplaces they'd avoided for a year. Inventory sync held across all five.

"We'd been telling ourselves 'next quarter' for over a year because relisting a thousand products everywhere felt impossible. With Marqetir we listed all of them on four new marketplaces like it was nothing."

The results

From one channel to five, in a single sitting

All ~1,000 products went live across the four new channels in two days, not the weeks they'd been dreading. The expansion they'd postponed for over a year was done in one sitting, and inventory and pricing now sync automatically across every marketplace, so running five channels adds almost no ongoing load.
