Originally founded as an electronics retailer, MALL.cz has expanded into a full multi-category marketplace with thousands of third-party sellers. In 2022, Allegro Group — the dominant marketplace operator in Poland — acquired MALL Group, bringing MALL.cz under a broader Central European e-commerce umbrella alongside Allegro.pl and Allegro.cz.
The MALL.cz fee structure consists of three components. First, a category-based commission is charged on each sale. Rates vary from 8% for Electronics to 13% for Jewelry & Accessories, with most categories falling in the 9-12% range. Third, all sellers pay a monthly subscription of 290 CZK (approximately 12 EUR) for access to the MALL Partner platform.
